Dr. King is a native New Yorker and a graduate of Columbia University. He
received his medical degree from Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons School of Medicine in 1974.
He completed his residency training in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Annie C. Kane Fellow NYU Orthopedic Hospital and Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center Orthopedic
Surgery. He then went on to complete a one-year fellowship in hand reconstruction, Hand and
Microvascular Surgery University of Colorado, Health & Science Center Denver, Co.
Currently, Dr. King serves as Clinical Instructor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at
Hospital for Joint Disease and New York University Medical Center in Manhattan.
Dr. King serves as Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery, NYU Grossman School of
Medicine. He actively consults New York City Fire Department since 1982 to Present as well as New York Hotels & Restaurant Trades Consul. Currently, as a devoted orthopedic doctor, Dr. King is working on
development and improvement of minimally invasive techniques in the
management of shoulder and knee disorders
